Andrew Eliason, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 2:35 p.m.
Approval of Minutes
James Chisholm motioned to accept the minutes as amended of the Meeting of July 14, 2009; Lolita McCray seconded the motion; and it was unanimously approved.
Discussion
Although the date had passed, Andrew Eliason informed the Board that the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Telecommunications and Cable had issued a notice of Public Hearing on Cable Television Rates to investigate Comcast’s proposed basic service tier programming, equipment and installation rates. The Public Hearing was to be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2009 in Boston.
Andrew mentioned that the renovations to the Town Hall TV Control Room did start at the beginning of this week as scheduled and is still on-going.

Tuesday, September 15, 2009, at 2 p.m., Meeting Room 1.
Adjournment… James Chisholm motioned the meeting be adjourned; this motion was seconded by Lolita McCray; and was unanimously approved. The meeting adjourned at 2:50 p.m.
