The Town of Mashpee has one salt water beach and two freshwater pond/lake beaches.
All Beaches are open to town residents only. Non-Residents may attend South Cape State Beach, located just before the Town Beach, fee is $7 per day.
To park you must have a resident sticker, weekly pass, monthly pass, Mashpee Tribal Sticker or ID.
Resident stickers must be affixed to vehicle for entrance.
South Cape Beach - located on Great Oak Rd..
Directions from the Mashpee rotary -
Take Great Neck Rd. South
Bear left onto Great Oak Rd. just past New Seabury.
Follow Great Oak Rd., road will turn left, continue down to Town Beach.
John's Pond - located on Back Rd., just past Otis Trailer Village.
Directions from the Mashpee rotary -
Take Route 151
Take 3rd right after Andy's Market, onto Ashumet Rd. (just before the Barnstable County Fairgrounds).
Follow to the end, go right onto Hooppole Rd.
Follow Hooppole to the end, go right onto Back Rd..
Follow Back Rd. down past Otis Trailer Village to Pond.
Attaquin Park (Mashpee/Wakeby Lake) - located on Lake Ave. off Route 130 just past Dunkin Donuts (when headed towards Sandwich).
